When you use Facebook Login for Business, our app requests the following permissions to enable automated post scheduling:
pages_show_list: To allow you to select the Facebook Pages you want to manage.
pages_manage_posts: To publish your approved content directly to your Facebook Page feed.
pages_read_engagement: To verify that posts were published successfully.
instagram_basic & instagram_content_publish: To publish content to your connected Instagram Business accounts.
2. Data Retention and Security
We retain your Page Access Tokens and account IDs only as long as necessary to provide you with scheduling services. This data is stored in a secure, encrypted database with restricted access. We do not share or sell your tokens or account data to third parties.
3. Data Deletion Instructions
In compliance with Meta’s platform guidelines, you can request the deletion of your data from our system at any time by following these steps:
Log in to the Noble Digi Ventures Social App and navigate to “Clients & Meta”. Click “Disconnect Meta” for any client to instantly remove their tokens from our database.
Visit your Facebook Profile’s “Apps and Websites” settings and remove the “Noble Digi Ventures Social App” from your authorized integrations.
Contact our System Administrator via the contact details below to request a complete wipe of your account and associated tokens from our server.
